Return Policy
At HappyBear Diapers you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the return notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full purchase amount, plus any shipping costs you paid for your order. The entire purchase amount will generally be credited within 2-3 business days of receipt and approval. If you wish to return part of the order, you will only be credited with the purchase price of the products. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to HappyBear Diapers with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Return exceptions
For hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned if the seal on the packaging is broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final. If we receive products that do not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected. The products can then be returned to you at your own expense.
