Shipping and delivery time
At HappyBear Diapers we think it is important that our orders are delivered in a sustainable manner. That is why we send our packages via PostNL, DHL and DPD.
Delivery times Netherlands
The delivery time in the Netherlands is generally within 24 hours. Our orders are also delivered on Saturdays.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 7:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 7:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a shipment is delayed due to the courier being busy. You can track the shipping status via the track & trace you receive.
Delivery times abroad
Delivery time for Belgium and Germany is normally within 24 hours, for certain areas in Wallonia (Belgium) it may take 48 to 72 hours.
If an order is shipped abroad, delivery times depend on the destination. From the moment the order has been shipped, it may take 2 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time may be longer due to delays at customs during the import of your package.
Free shipping*
The Netherlands- We ship our orders within the Netherlands for free from €50.
- For orders under €50 we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €1.99 per order.
Belgium / Germany
- The shipping costs for orders to Belgium and Germany are €4.99.
- Above €50.00 no shipping costs will be charged.
EU1 – countries
The shipping costs for countries under the EU1 zone are €5.99 or €6.99. These are the following countries: Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden.
Other EU countries and rest of the world
The shipping costs for countries that fall under the EU2 zone are €21.99. HappyBear Diapers ships worldwide! Do you live outside Europe? Then that is no problem. The shipping costs are €29.99.
