Fijne pasvorm, nooit lekkages

Nu al twee keer 4 stuks besteld! Deze pocketluier kwam er bij het testen van meerdere pocketluiers van andere merken bij mijn medium gezette baby die veel en vaak plast als beste uit. Met een hennep inlegger in plaats van de microvezel kan hij zeker 3 uur door. En daarom geef ik deze altijd mee aan de oppas oma's en opa's omdat de combinatie van eenvoudig en leakproof hun heeft overtuigd om wasbaar te gebruiken. Ter verbetering zou ik graag willen zien dat ik zelf de inleggers kan kiezen, dan hoef ik niet onnodig de microvezel inleggers weg te 'gooien'.

A washable diaper that you can use from birth until your child is potty trained? That is the pocket diaper from HappyBear! The pocket diapers are easy to use, comfortable for your baby and made of the best quality fabrics in the nicest prints.

Your baby's bottom stays dry and soft for longer thanks to the waterproof but breathable outer layer and the suede fabric on the inside. All HappyBear pocket diapers have double drain channels, which reduces the risk of leakage and spray diapers.

Want to buy different sizes of diapers? That is no longer necessary. You adjust the pocket diaper using the press studs on the front.

You get the pocket diaper with one four-layer microfiber insert and one four-layer bamboo insert. HappyBear inserts are very absorbent. Do you have older children who pee more? Then you can use the extra boosters. Place the inserts in the pocket opening of the diaper and place the microfiber booster on top.

Use our handy bamboo inserts to collect feces. After changing, simply throw the insert in the trash.

What makes pocket diapers different from other washable diapers?

Pocket diapers have a special design with a booster that is placed in a 'pocket' or opening. This allows you to adjust the absorption to your baby's needs. You receive 2 boosters as standard with the HappyBear pocket diapers.

Can pocket diapers be used at night?

Yes, pocket diapers are suitable for both day and night use. You can add extra inserts for more absorption during longer periods. At a later age or when children urinate more, our bamboo night diapers are a good alternative.

How many pocket diapers do I need per day?

The number of pocket diapers needed varies, but many parents are fine with 8-12 diapers per day.

For what age are the pocket diapers suitable?

All HappyBear diapers are 'one size' and adjustable in size with the press studs on the front. Our diapers are suitable for children from approximately 4kg to 15kg, so from birth to toilet training. Depending on the age of your child, you can add more or less absorption to the pocket diapers. 

Are pocket diapers suitable for beginners?

Yes, pocket diapers are suitable for beginners. They are easy to use and have  snaps for easy adjustment. You do have to put the boosters in the diaper, so it requires a little more work than, for example, our All-In-One diapers.

Can I use pocket diapers for a baby with sensitive skin?

Yes, HappyBear pocket diapers are made from natural materials that are gentle on sensitive baby skin.

Where should I store the dirty pocket diapers?

Store dirty diapers in a closed diaper bin. You can also store them in our laundry net and simply throw them in the washing machine. We recommend not keeping dirty diapers for longer than 3 days.

How do I wash pocket diapers?

A pre-wash in cold water is recommended, followed by a main wash at 60 degrees with the appropriate detergent. Use detergent without added enzymes, bleach or fabric softeners when washing pocket diapers. Most washing powders for colored laundry meet this requirement. Do not use eco washing programs, they use too little water to wash the diapers clean. The washable diapers should not be exposed to high temperatures to prevent the waterproof layer from melting or the elastic from being damaged. Loose boosters may be put in the dryer. The pocket diapers have a short drying time, comparable to sportswear, for example.

Can pocket diapers be used if my baby goes to daycare?

Yes, pocket diapers are suitable for use in childcare. Discuss requirements and procedures with childcare staff for a smooth experience.

Are special accessories needed for pocket diapers, such as boosters or inserts?

Each HappyBear Pocket Diaper comes with two boosters for extra absorption. You can add additional boosters as needed. For extra absorption we recommend using hemp and/or bamboo boosters . You use the inserts to collect feces.

How do I adjust the size of the pocket diapers for my child?

The pocket diapers have adjustable snaps for a customizable fit. Make sure the diaper fits well around the legs and back.

What do all the certifications mean for the HappyBear pocket diapers?

Our pocket diapers are safe and certified. The bamboo fabrics have the OEKO-TEX 100 certificate, which means that they have been thoroughly tested for harmful substances. In addition, the polyester in our diapers is GRS 3.0 certified, which indicates that it is made from recycled PET bottles.
